FintechWave AI Agent Portal (PaaS) • Updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FintechWave AI Agent Portal (“Platform”) at fintechwave.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions: “Fintech Wave”, “Fintech Wave AI”, and “fintechwave.ai” (collectively, “FintechWave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refer to the operator of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Platform Overview

The Platform is an NFT-gated AI Agent Portal designed for:

  • AI-powered automation tools
  • Educational experimentation with AI and blockchain technologies
  • Limited-value cryptocurrency interactions

Access requires ownership of a qualifying NFT.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.

This includes (without limitation) purchases of the Fintech Wave - AI Agent NFT (which grants access to the AI Agent Platform), as well as any fees or token payments made in connection with Platform usage.

You acknowledge that blockchain-based transactions are typically irreversible and may involve third-party marketplaces, wallets, and networks outside of our control.

5. Cryptocurrency Features & Limits

To promote responsible use and reduce risk:

  • Token Swaps: Limited to a maximum equivalent of $25 USD per transaction
  • Token Sends (XRPL): Limited to a maximum equivalent of $5 USD per transaction

Swap platform fee: When you complete a token swap through the Platform, a platform fee of 0.5% of the swap’s value (expressed in USD) may be charged in addition to standard network fees. That fee is converted to XRP using the Platform’s XRP/USD reference at the time the fee payment is sent, and is paid as a separate XRP Ledger transaction to a designated fee wallet. As market conditions change, the swap fee percentage may be adjusted up or down by FintechWave (including via server configuration).

The Swaps and Sends limits are enforced to:

  • Discourage misuse or illicit activity
  • Protect inexperienced users from significant financial loss

You acknowledge that all blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. AI-Monetized MicroPosts™

The Platform allows users to create monetized content:

  • Format Limits:
    • Headline: up to 50 characters
    • Body: up to 400 characters
  • Cost: Each MicroPost requires a payment of 100 $AGENTIC tokens
  • Functionality: MicroPosts are converted into AI-generated monetized links
  • Revenue Split:
    • 50% paid to the creator (in Base USDC)
    • 50% retained by fintechwave.ai
  • Payouts: Creator earnings are automatically sent to the user’s connected Base wallet

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree (ESPECIALLY regarding MicroPosts™) NOT to use the Platform to create, distribute, or promote:

  • Illegal or fraudulent content
  • Malicious code, exploits, or harmful activity
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening language
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Politically subversive or destabilizing messaging targeting any nation or sovereignty
  • Misleading, deceptive, or scam-related content

FintechWave reserves the right to remove content and restrict access at its sole discretion.

8. Risk Disclosure

You understand and accept that:

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve financial risk
  • Transactions are final and non-reversible
  • Smart contracts and AI systems may contain bugs or unexpected behavior
  • Earnings from MicroPosts are not guaranteed

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. No Financial or Legal Advice

The Platform is intended for educational and experimental purposes.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

10. Account & Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your wallet security and private keys
  • Any transactions initiated from your wallet
  • Ensuring compatibility with supported blockchain networks

FintechWave is NOT a crypto exchange. We do NOT custody any crypto. FintechWave does not have access to or control over your funds.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform technology, branding, and systems remain the property of fintechwave.ai.

By submitting MicroPosts™, you grant FintechWave a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, display, and monetize your content within the Platform.

12. Service Modifications

FintechWave may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Adjust transaction limits
  • Update fees or token requirements

At any time, without prior notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in prohibited activity
  • Attempt to abuse or exploit the system

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FintechWave shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of funds
  • Missed earnings
  • Smart contract failures
  • Third-party blockchain issues
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

15. Governing Principle

These Terms are intended to promote safe, transparent, and responsible use of emerging AI and blockchain technologies.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
